X Partner 由独立开发者运营。免费功能包括昵称、左边栏和中间栏宽度。第一次登录有 3 天 Pro。之后 Pro 可以按月或按年订阅。支持邮箱是 [email protected]。
1. 服务内容
X Partner 是一个 Chrome 插件和与它配套的网站。插件在你打开的 X 页面上改变显示方式，例如昵称、侧栏和信息流宽度。Pro 另包含图片与视频、内容模块、通知、右边栏和屏蔽关键词。我们不运营 X，也不提供 X 账号。
使用网站或插件，即表示你同意这些条款和隐私政策。若你不同意，请不要登录，也不要开通 Pro。
2. 账号
你可以用邮箱验证码或 Google 登录。请使用你自己能够接收邮件的邮箱。会话最长 7 天。你需要保管自己的登录邮箱，不要把验证码、密码或登录令牌发给我们或其他人。
网站和插件的登录各自独立。退出一边不会自动退出另一边。目前没有自助注销页面；删除账号请按下面的联系方式写信。
3. 方案与价格
Basic 免费，包含昵称、左边栏和中间栏宽度，无需登录。第一次登录的账号有 3 天 Pro，不收款，也不自动续费。试用结束后回到 Basic，除非已经订阅。Pro 可以按月 US$9.90 或按年 US$99 订阅，包含图片与视频、内容模块、通知、右边栏和屏蔽关键词。Pro+ 尚未提供，页面上的 Coming soon 不构成可以购买的要约。
价格、币种和是否含税以你结账时页面上的金额为准。能结账的账号才会进入付款。获准账号可以通过内部免扣款确认开通 Pro，实际收款为 0，并且不自动续费。
4. 付款、续订与取消
对外的 Pro 付款由 Creem 处理。卡号和账单地址由 Creem 收集，不进入我们的服务器。Creem 确认付款后，我们开通或延长对应账号的 Pro。
月付按月续订，年付按年续订，直到你取消。你可以在账号页取消续订。取消后，当前已经付款的周期继续可用，到期后不再扣款，方案回到 Basic。3 天试用不自动变成付费订阅。已经保存的设置会留在账号里，再次开通 Pro 后可以继续使用。
5. 退款
Pro 在付款确认后即可使用，属于已经开始提供的数字服务。取消续订只停止之后的扣款，不自动退回当前周期的费用。
如果你认为某笔付款应当退回，请发邮件到 [email protected]，写明登录邮箱和订单号。我们会根据适用法律和 Creem 的处理规则查看。请不要在邮件里发送卡号、验证码或登录令牌。
6. 使用方式
请把插件用于你自己的阅读和页面调整。不要攻击网站、干扰其他账号，或转售、分享登录来让别人使用你的 Pro。不要用本服务从事违法活动。
X 会改版。插件依赖 X 的页面结构，某些显示可能因 X 更新而暂时失效。我们会修复能够修复的部分，但不保证每一项显示始终与 X 的新版本同时可用。
7. 其他服务
X、Google、Chrome、Creem 和 Cloudflare 由各自的提供者运营，并适用它们自己的条款。我们只对自己的网站、插件和会员记录负责。
8. 变更、暂停与终止
我们可以更新功能、价格和这些条款。更新后的条款会改这一页的日期。价格变化适用于下一次续订，不追溯已经付清的周期。你继续使用网站或插件，即表示接受更新后的条款。
如果一个账号滥用服务、付款被撤销，或我们无法继续提供某项功能，我们可以暂停该账号的 Pro 或停止相应功能。免费的昵称、左边栏和中间栏宽度不受 Pro 到期影响。
9. 责任
网站和插件按当前可用的状态提供。因 X 改版、网络中断或你自己的设置造成的显示差异，我们不承担间接损失。在法律允许的范围内，与某次订阅有关的责任不超过你就该订阅周期实际支付给我们的金额。内部免扣款开通的周期没有实际付款。
Using X Partner
X Partner is operated by an independent developer. Nicknames, the left sidebar and feed width are free. The first sign-in includes 3 days of Pro. After that, Pro can be monthly or yearly. Support email: [email protected].
1. The service
X Partner is a Chrome extension and the website that goes with it. The extension changes how X is displayed for you, including nicknames, sidebars and feed width. Pro also includes images and videos, content modules, notifications, the right sidebar and keyword filter. We do not operate X and we do not provide an X account.
Using the website or the extension means you agree to these terms and the privacy policy. If you do not agree, do not sign in and do not buy Pro.
2. Accounts
You can sign in with an email code or Google. Use a mailbox you can actually receive mail at. A session lasts at most 7 days. Keep that mailbox to yourself, and do not send verification codes, passwords or session tokens to us or anyone else.
The website and the extension sign in separately. Signing out of one does not sign out of the other. There is no self-service deletion page. Email us, as described below, to delete an account.
3. Plans and price
Basic is free and does not require an account. It includes nicknames, the left sidebar and feed width. The first time you sign in, the account includes 3 days of Pro. Nothing is charged and it does not renew. When the trial ends, the account returns to Basic unless you have subscribed. Pro can be US$9.90 a month or US$99 a year and includes images and videos, content modules, notifications, the right sidebar and keyword filter. Pro+ is not offered. A Coming soon label is not an offer you can buy.
The currency, amount and tax treatment are the ones shown when you check out. Only an account that can check out proceeds to payment. An approved account may be activated by an internal no-charge confirmation, recorded as a payment of zero, with no automatic renewal.
4. Payment, renewal and cancellation
Creem collects payment for Pro sold through checkout. Creem handles the card number and billing address. They are not stored on our server. After Creem confirms a payment, we activate or extend Pro on the matching account.
A monthly subscription renews each month and a yearly subscription renews each year, until you cancel. You can cancel renewal from the account page. The period already paid stays available, later charges stop, and the plan returns to Basic at the end of that period. The 3-day trial does not turn into a paid subscription by itself. Settings saved on the account remain and can be used again the next time Pro is active.
5. Refunds
Pro is available as soon as payment is confirmed. It is a digital service that has already started. Cancelling renewal stops later charges. It does not automatically return the fee for the current period.
If you believe a charge should be returned, email [email protected] with the sign-in address and order number. We will review it under applicable law and Creem’s processing rules. Do not include a card number, verification code or session token.
6. How to use it
Use the extension for your own reading and display preferences. Do not attack the website, interfere with another account, or resell or share a sign-in so someone else can use your Pro. Do not use the service for anything illegal.
X changes its pages. The extension depends on that structure, so a display can break for a while after an X update. We repair what we can. We do not promise that every display will keep working at the same moment X ships a new version.
7. Other services
X, Google, Chrome, Creem and Cloudflare are operated by their own providers under their own terms. We are responsible for our website, the extension and our membership records.
8. Changes, suspension and ending access
We can update features, prices and these terms. An updated version changes the date on this page. A price change applies to the next renewal, not to a period already paid. Continuing to use the website or extension means you accept the updated terms.
We can suspend Pro on an account that abuses the service, or when a payment is reversed, and we can stop a feature we can no longer provide. Nicknames, the left sidebar and feed width stay available after Pro ends.
9. Liability
The website and extension are provided as available. We are not liable for indirect loss caused by an X redesign, a network interruption, or settings you chose. Where the law allows a limit, liability connected to a subscription is limited to the amount you actually paid us for that period. An internal no-charge period has no amount paid.
